Dosage
The benefits of Rosuvastatin over LDL cholesterol depend a lot on the dosage. About 10 mg of Rosuvastatin dosage is enough to reduce cholesterol by 46 percent and if the does is increased to 40 mg then there was an increase of 9 percent in the LDL cholesterol levels.
Side effects
Some of the side effects caused by the consumption of crestor are tenderness and in muscles, irregular urination, clay coloured stools, loss of appetite, mild nausea, pain in chest, stuffy nose, loss of memory, headache and sore throat.
Caution
The people who are allergic to Rosuvastatin should not consume crestor. Other than these, people with problem in liver or pregnant
women. Those who are addicted to alcohol should not consume this medicine and it is the case with breast feeding mothers. People who drink alcohol in moderate quantities should stop the consumption at the time of treatment as it can lead to the increase in levels of triglyceride.
