model of Parkinson's disease: attenuation by centrophenoxine.
The current study express the potential of centrophenoxine against rotenone induced motor dysfunction and it was administered in Sprague Dawley male rats daily 2mg/kg body weight over 35 days. The results showed that Dopamine content of rotenone found to decrease significantly in rotenone treated animal when compared with co-treated group.

Treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke in adults.
Urinary incontinence can affect 40-60% of people admitted to hospital after stroke. The give study was done by assessing the review of twelve trials with a total of 724 patients from a mixture of setting, age groups and phases of stroke recovery. Professional input through structured assessment and management of care and specialist continence nursing may reduce urine incontinence and related symptoms.

Evidence of centrophenoxine as a brain protector
This study is focused on the role of Aluminium in mediating oxidative stress causing neural degeneration.for this first introduced aluminium in to the rats and showed increase in lipid peroxidation level and after the treatment with centrophenoxine significantly reduced the lipid peroxidation level and increase glutathione content.
